

"I've been attending Sadie's Tuesday evening Iyengar Yoga class for a year now and I find them to be an excellent space to learn how to stretch the body I actually have! Iyengar is an accurate and clear line of yoga and we use loads of equipment, props and supports to make each pose the right amount of stretch for each person. Sadie is knowledgeable and disciplined in her practice and we have a great time together each week.
